Firstly, thank you for making the photoshoot such an enjoyable and positive experiece for us all. Mum and Dad were a little nervous before you came, but it was apparent that you dealt with that pretty quick! My brother hates having his photo taken and it is the family's constant complaint that he rarely smiles on photos, but you had him grinning from ear to ear!
This brings me to the second thing, your disk came today and this evening I sat at the computer with my hubby and we were both thrilled to bits. The photos are how we hoped they would be. Brilliantly done but not at all formal, you succeeded in creating a relaxed atmosphere where we seemed to laugh a lot!!! I had to accept that my parents are getting older and frailer and I have no idea when I will, if at all, see them again and to have this record is priceless.
